Consent for Storing Company Name, Email & Website Link
By submitting your organization details and creating greeting cards on Greetingsly, you expressly authorize Greetingsly to collect and store your Company Name, Official Email Address, and Website URL for campaign record-keeping, card branding, Excel report generation, and service communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Greetingsly (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity and provide its Company Name, Email Address, and Website URL.
2. Storage of Business Profile Data
When you enter your Company Name, Email Address, and Website Link in Step 1 of the Campaign Studio, you consent to our storing this information in our campaign records. You agree that all information provided is accurate, lawful, and belongs to your organization.
3. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct
Greetingsly is designed for creating festive, corporate, and milestone greeting cards. You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Impersonate another company, brand, or individual without authorization.
- Embed malicious, phishing, or unlawful website URLs in greeting cards or QR codes.
- Upload files containing malware, scripts, or harmful content.
- Send unsolicited spam, defamatory, or offensive messages.
4. Intellectual Property & Uploaded Logos
All greeting card templates, festive illustrations (including Shri Ganesh, Maa Lakshmi, Mandala, and Floral artworks), and platform code are the intellectual property of Greetingsly. You retain full ownership of your uploaded Company Logo, Authorized Signature, and brand trademarks, and grant us a limited license solely to render them onto your generated greeting cards.
5. QR Codes & Public Card Links
Each generated card includes a unique cross-device QR code that encodes the card's display information (`Recipient Name`, `Company Name`, `Email`, `Website`, `Greeting Message`). Anyone with access to the QR code or link can view the digital greeting card. You are responsible for distributing the cards only to intended recipients.
6. Limitation of Liability
Greetingsly is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greetingsly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or distribution of generated greeting cards.
