1. Information We Collect and Store

To operate the Greetingsly Campaign Studio and generate branded digital greeting cards, we collect and store the following business details provided in Step 1 of the Campaign Wizard:

  • Company / Organization Name: Used to display your brand on greeting cards and maintain our corporate campaign registry.
  • Company Email Address: Stored for campaign verification, service updates, and official communication regarding our platform.
  • Company Website URL: Stored alongside your company profile and embedded on your generated greeting cards and QR landing pages.
  • Optional Contact Details & Occasion Metadata: Phone number, office location, social handle, selected festival/occasion, and campaign generation date.

2. How We Use Your Stored Information

Your stored Company Name, Email Address, and Website URL are used strictly for legitimate business purposes:

  • Greeting Card Branding & QR Verification: Embedding your organization details into personalized greeting cards and cross-device QR links (`/card/[token]`).
  • Campaign Registry & Reporting: Generating your downloadableCompany Records Excel report (`Company Name`, `Email`, `Website`, `Occasion`, `Export Date`).
  • Service Communication & Festive Reminders: Sending important platform notices, support replies, or upcoming festival campaign reminders to your business email.
  • Security & Abuse Prevention: Preventing fraudulent or unauthorized impersonation of corporate brands.

3. Handling of Recipient Lists & Uploaded Logos

When you upload an Excel/CSV recipient list or a company logo/signature image, our browser parser validates the entries locally to render your greeting cards and QR tokens. Each QR code encodes only the necessary card display fields so that recipients can view their card on any mobile device.

4. Data Protection & Security Measures

We implement strict technical and organizational security controls—including input sanitization, formula-injection protection on Excel exports, Content Security Policy (CSP) headers, and encrypted HTTPS transport—to protect your stored Company Name, Email Address, and Website URL against unauthorized access or misuse.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal or corporate email lists to unauthorized third-party brokers. Your company name, email, and website link are only visible on the greeting cards you explicitly distribute or share with your recipients.

6. Your Rights (Access, Correction & Deletion)

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your stored Company Name, Email Address, and Website URL from our records at any time. To exercise these rights or opt out of communications, please contact our support team.
